Cons Korra partnered with MIDEX to upgrade the stainless-steel process piping serving its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at the Pharco Pharma facility in Amreya Alexandria.
The challenge
The Pharco Pharma facility needed a hygienic, corrosion-resistant piping network capable of meeting pharmaceutical-grade process requirements, with minimal disruption to ongoing production.
Our approach
MIDEX's engineering team surveyed the existing utilities, designed the stainless-steel routing to GMP hygienic-piping standards, and carried out orbital welding, pressure testing and passivation on site.
